Darkness
Darkness engulfs me,
Wraps me tightly with its silky tendrils,
It awakens my pain and sorrow,
Everything I held back,
It sizzles with every tear I cry,
Screams and heaves with every breathe I take,
It tightens to my beating heart,
The silky tendrils fall off of me,
Lash marks everywhere,
Pain so deep,
Emptiness I can't explain,
I'm a hollow person,
Nothing more then a shell,
No life,
No soul,
No hope,
No dreams,
Everything crushed by,
A darkness,
Deep down inside me.

Ah, I too am an eager dark poet and also have a poem of the same title. I really enjoyed this poem; it is well crafted with a very good flow. I am really liking your poems from what I have read so far. Keep up the good work and know that you are never alone.
