Everyone Has A Problem
The wind howls
For what it lost
The trees cling together
So they don’t fall short
The sun shines
Its black heart
The moon watches
From afar
The dirt welcomes
Countless others
The oceans swallow
Their flawed pride
You and I
Stand at the edge
Everyone else
Falls right in
The world turns
Its weary head
The universe realizes
It’s so empty
For what it lost
The trees cling together
So they don’t fall short
The sun shines
Its black heart
The moon watches
From afar
The dirt welcomes
Countless others
The oceans swallow
Their flawed pride
You and I
Stand at the edge
Everyone else
Falls right in
The world turns
Its weary head
The universe realizes
It’s so empty
