Calamity
Mother crust opens-
In a tantrum of her soul,
Another leg of the trinity,
Intervenes for there to restore.
A few lives end in spurt-
Once born from the same womb,
That has now burst into an accident,
Mother is weeping in pain.
I am trying to compose shorter poems with much deeper and lengthier feelings. So this one speaks about the calamities that occur for some destruction which are intended for ecological balances. But the question is that if the nature has been created and intended with an objective why does it destruct itself? Does it affect only human souls or even such decisions impact the nature as well.

Nature destructs itself for re-construction...but still I feel emotional when my favorite nature is carried away in destruction. Thank you Ophie for you have liked this one.

I liked the poem. I like the ides of less becoming more in a poem.
As for destruction. I dont know that true destruction exists. Or if it does I see it more as evolution. To evolve from one form to another.
Just a thought.
Thanks for sharing and giving me somthing to ponder.

I like how you put those little explanations a lot of the time at the end of your poems...it shows just how much thought you put into each. I think you've definitely managed to create a shorter poem with endless amounts of depth...this is probably one of my favourite poems by you, i just love the phrases you use 'tantrum of her soul' is just brilliant...and that ending line echoes long after you've finished reading the poem.

Merda to thank you for adding this one and praising so much on this work of mine. In fact I am suffering a writer's block after this as I was not very much satisfied with what I composed on this one. So this comment of yours will be a kind of booster. I don't know if this is my best one but if you think so then definitely it has some potential. I feeling like in the top of the world:-)

This poem is marvellous. Beyond marvellous. If my reading list weren't full I'd add it in a flash. One of your best, and also one of the best on here. The lines are so concise, packed with a quiet brutality which really hits home. Sharp and aggressive, but somehow tender as well. This is the kind of poetry I love, where the artist draws beauty from pain.
This reads a bit like an Emily Dickinson piece, considering how short and yet mysterious it is. Perfect.

This one is the best comment I have ever recieved in this site as well as from you my dear friend. This special comment from a master poet from you means me a lot that I cannot explain. I was not so excited after I actually published this one and you just turned the table. Comparing the read even somewhat nearer to Dickinson means something to my compositions that is beyond my actual capability. This comment of yours will be a damn good booster for me for my future works my dear friend. If this is the kind of poetry you love I will be pleased to compose more of such ones. Had not been your reading list full and had you added it in your fav reading list, this one could have been my first poem in this site which was put more than once in the favorite reading lists. Even listening to this statement of yours makes me cry with joy:-)
