Dragonfly reflection
Acute rationalizing drifts away
on the pond pollen haze
shimmering dusk embracing humidity
worn on my body dripping
dragonfly kissing calm as I float
Honeysuckle spills tumble out
hugging trees and tall grasses
while wild sounds echo
the witnessing of perfected magic
I laze along as commandeer calm
Slipping, singing, dreaming
Sky turns to evening
as backrests Orion sees me
another animal to kill
laughs and sighs to night
skimming serene kept hidden in hill[/i]

I'm not certain I understand the final stanza, but I love the overall serenity I feel when reading this. Thank you.

An enchanting subtle write....!
Days and moments such as these are to be cherished! First two stanzas float like a dream vision...Much enjoyed this poem, Soul!

That shimmering dusts attacks me two months of every year, pollen is my enemy through May and June sadly, so I am restricted from enjoying the beauty you write of here.
Wonderful pen Soul.

Imagery. (I don't need to say anything else)
Very well written, serene, calm, eerily cryptic.
Always beautiful.
