Road Trippin Blues

"Australian's have a love of the open road"

Heading to Victorian borders,
round 1 Bombers verses Bulldogs
how I love, footy and road trips
Unbeknownst to me
the Horsham Maccas
was the beginning of the end..

Vile cancerous big mac attack,
feeling ill, the morning pancakes
backpackers breakfast..
I hardly touch the sides
that hefty joint
temporary relief

Oasis:
"Where were you while we were getting high?"

I climb out the window
She was short gorgeous
and Irish..
brunette, cute big breasts

She flashed her tits and sang

"But you and I will never die
The world's still spinning around we don't know why
Why-why-why-why-i-i"

She was downing goon*
like it was going out
fashionably late..
I swear to god she winked at me
It was her last night down under

I spent the next six hours
chained to the porcelain bowl,
my one regret...

Not asking that Roisin Dubh
That Irish flower for
one last
dance...
So goodbye, sweet Roisin Dubh
I say goodbye

*Goon is nasty cheap cask wine.
