Just as a minor niggle is the second line definitely supposed to say 'tried' or is 'tired' spelt wrong? Just wanted to clarify that, I don't know why but when I read it out loud my mouth kept saying tired.
My lyrical neurotiscism aside - this is beautiful. I dipped in and out of the poems you have posted and this was by far the one that smacked me in the face and said 'take me seriously'. It was short and profound, and the sentiment was lovely.
