So many thoughts
have hemorrhaged within the lowest caverns
of my constanly active mind,
and so many words
attempted to rush toard my lips
to somehow cure the disease
which forever remained unexplained.
I attempted to look into the crystal ball
but for the longest time I have been stubborn and blind
for what appeared to be a future set in stone
was a mere creation spawwned by the continuous cycle
viewed through a kaleidoscope
of unanswered pieces of my condemning past.
I attempt to writemy way out of this malicious mess
but sometimes these words seem to come out wrong
and the more I try to swim against the current
the further back I seem to go.
This time howevertheir is a substantial difference
The current is relentless
but so am I.
Finding new strength
to never settle in any position
I'll fight Poseidon's devious current
and I'll try to fight its waves of teptation.
Now I am open and free
shameless but not completely painless
the words and pieces fall into place
and my good intentioned will seems to fill the gaps
and now I realize
perhaps I won't do this alone.
