Tree Nympth

She's perched
within a tree.

Limbs tangled about
Branches..

hair billowed around
Her face.

Reminding me
of mythical beings
And forest nymphs.

I envision hushed
spring breezes
tickling her face,
Skimming bare legs.

A coy smile
as she smoothes
hair from her eyes.

Soft eyes
I'd imagine

Mossy..
Perhaps fawn.

Bare feet..

Delicate aurelian anklets
adorned with
tinkling charms
Would do her justice ..

They'd probably
emulate her laughter.

I wonder if I
whispered
I'm sorry if the
Wind would carry it
to her ears.
