I'm not sure you could say I'm a poet or a writer but I am able to reveal the poetic presence within tragedy and convey it through my vocabulary poetically. My ability to extract a colorful poetic spin out of darkness Is my poem. It is poetry.

A Goodbye Lullaby
It put him out
Like the burning end of a midnight cigarette
It broke his heart
He spent his whole life trying to forget
We watched him smoke his pain away a little at a time
but he never quiet got high enough to smoke her off his mind
Until the night
He put that pipe up to his head and pulled the trigger
He finally smoked away her memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength he had to put down that damn speed
They found him dead with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said
Why God Why God Why ...

Philosophically ( 8 steps to problem solving )
My unwritten philosophy,as I now write as you now read,as then I wrote,this that is written, in my words, in my opinions and in my beliefs in my experiences,I find to be true and to be fact and therefore that it is,believe it or not.
When faced with a problem it is best to internalize it, analyze it, process it, improvise, have a beer, smoke a joint, laugh at it, move on.

The cat and the hat and the fat sack.
Walk a mile in my shoes I'm wearing boots and running laps
Like a phat cat with a fat sack in the hat
Your hand I can slap as I pat my own back at the same time I clap and like that it's a wrap
My hands roll quicker than any eye can bat
I-broke-the-mirror-spilt-the-salt-it-was-my-fault-and-that's-a-fact
I had a flat on my way
to go pull a rabbit out the hat
As my path crossed the path of this Cracker Jack Fat Ass Black Cat
Now it must've been his curse That he arrived in my spot first Because I hit him in a hearse ...

Reached My PEEK
Peek-a-boo bitch
I've reached my peek
Peeking outside of this window
Watching shadows dancing up and down the creek
Here I hear I heard a creep
With not a peep you sneak and creep on me you leap
I will not cease I put you deep Deceased six feet complete delete no words to preach
I'm not a geek
A leaching geek a reeking tweak
Conniving speech with no front teeth
Scheming dreams a WEAK NO SLEEP
Peeking seeking miscounted sheep To each his own
I'm not a freak
All day playing High on GO Seek ...
I've reached my peek

That's Life
We only get one life
and it is what we make it
It is what it is
So keep it real and don't fake it
Your word is your bond
So always mean it don't break it
The tongue has the power to destroy something or create it
Always think with your heart and never forsake it
If you want it you will it
Within the soul you must wake It
Anything worth having in life you don't waste it
But before you catch it
You first gotta go after and chase it
The adversity may kill you
But you still have to face it
Nothing in life will be easy or...

Life's a beach then you die
Life's a bitch so I got high
Left of center into the ditch I fly
LIVING THE HIGH LIFE
Life is for the living
Phucka buncha dying
You don't hear me whining
I'm raising hell I ain't crying
When I come down
From the lost and found
Here's where you can find me lying
LIVING THE LOW LIFE
If I ain't dead then I ain't done yet
But no one leaves life alive
That you can bet
I shed blood tears and sweat
And to death I'm in debt
Then my soul heaven can get ...

Thoughting
Just when I thought I saw it all
I think I just seen something else
Like A Blind man with a vision
Who dreams in color all by himself
I was thinking I thought
I thought I think too much
Yeah I think I was thinking that thought
But you know me barking up the wrong tree always overthinking and whatnot
But if you think what you thought and you're thinking
That you're thinking what I'm thinking then think twice my friend
Then think back in thought about what or what not
Then think again from the beginning to the end ...
I think I just seen something else

Puzzling
All the hustle and the bustle
from the struggle and the trouble busted bubble pile of rubble
need to leave right on the double SO I CAN GET UP OUT THIS PHUCKIN PLACE
I ain't fearing I ain't skeering
and my thoughts aren't very clearing I can hear the devil cheering
my crooked steps as I'mma steering JUST TO GET THE PHUCK RIGHT BACK UP IN THE RACE
Like a dog that wears a muzzle
my brain is such a puzzle
I forgot to give a fuzzle
in the fuzzle where I wuzzle...

Now is not the time
The time is now
The last time has passed to this time
As we head towards the next time
A next time that never comes
Cause it will be this time
What time is it
Its always now one second at a time
Today is tomorrow's yesterday
Yesterday's tomorrow is today
and today's tomorrow means today is yesterday
But when tomorrow arrives it will be today

Thoughts Instead
Hey I have a goal but I'll never tell
The devil can hear my words then I'm surely doomed to fail
Only my GOD hears my thoughts he knows the heart of every man
Regardless grace and mercy it will go poetically planned
The devil wants me dead he wants to bury me in mud
He's a calculated killer like a snake with cold blood
But my God's a mathematician there's not a problem he can't solve
Everything of this world around the SON it does revolve
I'll keep the Faith and run my race I'll run it right into the ground
I won't moan the blues...
