LOVE POEM

Not Worth It
It's a depth of pain
I've never before experienced
I've be hurt before
So many times I've lost count
Him with his indifference
She with her betrayal
Lackluster life
Just squeezing by
Only surviving to be
A quasi decent mother
I have responsibilities
What fucking right
Do I have to wish for,
To hope for
So much more
Words of anger spoken
Even strangers know I'm trash
But this...is a whole new
Level of pain...of loss
Am I only an aside
There when you're not
Busy with your own life
Don't look at me like...
I've never before experienced
I've be hurt before
So many times I've lost count
Him with his indifference

Closer
You but speak my name
My knees begin to tremble
Startling in the ferocity
Tell me of the desires
Burning in your beautiful eyes
As you step closer
Closer
You gaze into my eyes
Love and blazing need
Written in the flames of yours
Questions asked and answered
In the briefest of moments
When you move closer
Closer
You brush an errant tendril
Of hair from my cheek
Tuck it slowly behind my ear
Heat rising in my face
You cup my jaw tenderly
To bring me closer
Closer
I slide my hungry arms
Around your sexy waist...
My knees begin to tremble
Startling in the ferocity
Tell me of the desires

I'll "kiss you, all the way
Down to the sheets"
Every silken inch of you
I'll light your world
Flames of tempestuous passion
Do you know, my Precious
The fires you've ignited?
Can you feel the way I burn
The connection we share,
Every time I read your work?
To look upon your "lines
Of infinite beauty and grace"
A more enchanting time
Has never existed, nor will it
Then when I gaze into your eyes
"I ask to worship at your alter"
Let me praise thine name
Leave a trail of ardent offerings
Down...

Wanting You
Wanting you is like wanting air
It's not really a want, but a need
A certain fact of existence
When I lack air, I have minutes
Before my body shuts down
Starved for sustaining oxygen
When I lack you, I have nothing
No reason to be, to care
Withered without your love
There's a certain something
About the wonder that is you
That burns along my veins
The more that I know you
Who you are, what you love
Deeper then do I fall
You know how to woo me
Fulfill me in all those "Aw!" ways
Tweak my sensitive side ...

You Know...
You know that I will stand for you
A buffer between you and the world
Screaming defiance in their faces
Deflecting the pain and misery
Let me be your shield.
You know I will fight for you
Take down the hordes of animosity
Joy of justice swiftly delivered
Both external and internal alike
Let me be your weapon
You know that I will care for you
Heal every past or future wound
See to your every need, desire
The balm to soothe your spirit
Let me be your healer
You know that I will love you
Down to your toes and back up...

Ritual Offerings
Yes, I am your little witch
Worshipping skyclad at your temple
Lay upon my sculptured altar
Salt of sweat sanctify
Full moon mother shine blessings
Upon this union so sweet
Raging desire to be our fire
Act of love, sensual ritual
Call my corners
I'll join our spirits
Wisps of incense curling
Caressing your writhing form
Like you have mine
With single minded adoration
Viscous juices of personal delight
Waters of joy impelled

Coming Together
The fires of hell have nothing on
The raging inferno infusing my body
Hours of rapture just before view
Ecstasy so close it can be tasted
An electric charge in the air
Your eyes meet mine
Yet one more time
Color fills my burning cheeks
I realize you've observed this
Watch the aware smile bloom
Shyly answer it with my own
Tender embrace shared
Soft kisses exchanged
Suppress the growing flames
Any hotter, I'll implode
Certain stream rises off our bodies
Catching the point, control slipping
Hurrying hands search out the other...

Monster, Stop! (Collaboration with GoodOlBoy)
You, my loved one over there...
Don't you look at me
With compassion in your eyes,
I don't deserve it.
I'm the worst kind of fraud.
Loving and gentle most of the time,
blowing in a split second,
unable to control the word
Vomit spewing, yelling,
Tugging my hair out,
Stress increases,
Monster appears,
Lashing out,
Make him hurt,
Suffer the way I do inside,
Curbing the viscous tongue not an option,
Painful truths thrown in his face,
Never striking him,
Never stabbing him,
But cutting just as deep.
You call...

The moon's delicate radiance
Is but a pale imitation
Of your shimmering glory
She could never compare
To the warm earnestness
Of your august smile
Her luminous rays are
But an elegant backdrop
For your wondrous green eyes
She is borial when I
Behold the flaming passion
Risen in your comely rugged cheeks
Hail the rising of my sun
The light that illuminates my soul
Your enchanting mystifying voice
