Remember When We Met On The Weekend
Last night you slapped me
Now you want us to go streaking
I’ll do whatever you want
Cuz I know you’re leaving me on the weekend
When the line wears off
You use me just to sweeten
When I’m dry you’re out there cheating
Cuz you know you’re leaving me on the weekend
The outside is empty
The core in the world deepens
Nothings adding up to why

I’ve never done this before
I always fall in love first
But laying next to you alone in our friend’s bed
makes me want to do the worst.
And I know I shouldn’t feel this way,
It makes me such a hypocrite
But just one touch
Just a little bit
Is all it takes
To make a mistake
But I don’t regret it,
I don’t want you to forget it.
Do you feel the same way?
Are we really doing this?
I guess it doesn’t count
If we don’t kiss.

it's going to be okay.
Instead you made me fear
the death you'll die someday.

to say sorry
when the cops came to my house.
When you pushed me down the stairs.
I watched them escort you out.

Who showed up on the bad days
or at the very least
be in the crowd at my school plays.

I can't stand when you walk away
in the middle of a fight.
And I'm left in your bed
unsure of how to make things right.

last night i found god
Some nights I ask God to take away my life,
other times I thank him for the beauty & the time.
Well last night I found God, I said
"I know this is wrong,
but can you make sure I'm gone
when my alarm goes off?"
But I woke up in a tangle of hair
I asked God if he was still there
I got no reply.
So I opened the blinds.
I cried and then I
set out to find the beauty & the time
other times I thank him for the beauty & the time.
Well last night I found God, I said
"I know this is wrong,
