A new chapter…hopefully
There are many types of people in the world, but let’s say for simplicity, and my lack of omniscience, that there’s only two:
People who are self starters in their life pursuits, and those who only dream about starting.

In another life
Everything that could keep us apart, already does.
Our positions in society keep us apart.
Our lack of common interests divide the both of us.
Even the methods we each use to communicate with others makes conversation between us so confusing.
It’s almost suffocating for both of us to even be in the same room together for reasons that are so infuriatingly inexplicable.
I would have to travel to the moon with you for it to be acceptable for both of us to even have a chance at a relationship.
What a joke it’d be...

Them, you and me
I look at you as if I did not know that they were looking at me,
Even though I know you were looking at me as I looked at them,
Gazing at me.
Click!
The enigma of eyes have undone their caps.
Panning down from my lips, to my neck--another sigh escapes my crevasse,
Oozing from the clavicle bone, heaven's milk dripping from my two succulent taps,
Just above where the heart lies.
Speaking like chocolate to their Vaseline lips.
They exhale, comfortably leaning back, with legs spread wide...
Even though I know you were looking at me as I looked at them,

Nuanced ramblings of the nonsensical kind
1. I have a movie poster in my bedroom of the French version of Castle in the Sky directed by Hayao Miyazaki. Le titre dit, << Le Chateau dans le Ciel >> en bas de l'affiche.
2. I definitely had to Google Translate part of the French sentence above because I've not spoken it in like 3 years. I can read French okay though because my phone language is set to << Français >> (Mais oui oui~)
3. I don't actually like travelling, but I've never told anyone about it since it seems like the majority of people love it. Of course, it's okay...

"Ikaw ay maganda"
Translation: "You are beautiful" in Tagalog
“Ikaw ay maganda.” He said, while peering down at me through the reception window.
My fingers recoiled from the computer keyboard, curling into themselves.
I could feel his stare burning into my skull, eager for a response.
"Did you understand what I said? You're Filipino right?” The client pursued again.
Looking up, the only thing I could see were the small and soulless eyes behind those tilted frames of his. He was a tall, middle-aged man. A lanky figure that snaked...

There's nothing like the feeling of being so close to breaking the law, you can taste it.

Both vehicles were decked out in sterling silver coats, slick spoilers, fresh LED linings, foreign license plates, and manual transmissions. I couldn't help but think that they really looked more like Hot Wheels toys than any of the other cars I've driven prior.

The extra
At any social gathering, I'm usually just there for 3 sole purposes:
1) To eat food
2) As social support
3) As seat filler
I'll usually sit where people won't be forced to talk to me, ask you questions about what's up with you, cheer you up when you need it, and create a space for you to vent it all out.
A long time ago, I've decided to make it my job to just be that polite stranger that you have met at a party, had a fond chat with, and will probably never see again. Because, that's what I want to be.

When were you going to tell me that you finally found someone?
Who is it? What's their name? How did you both meet?
I want to know all of the details, give me every single detail.
Quite exciting, isn't it? It always is at first.
How did you get to the point where you could be comfortable in your own skin, and not be a total prick at the same time? (At least not enough to be in a relationship, I personally find it really hard not to be a prick in a relationship).
Blisters and whatnot aside, I wish to see you again so that you can tell me...
