POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Let the rhymes begin!
I can see her
My eyes glance around,
Looking for her.
Fun, intelligent, proud,
Confident, and sure.
From across the room,
I can see her now.
She wears a beautiful dress,
And her gorgeous mouth looks as though she's never frowned.
Her eyes a deep shade,
Full of mystery and laughter.
Her lips full with colour,
Beckoning me to come over.
I walk over to her,
As if in a transe.
She looks at me, laughs, and says;
"Here's the next bloke to ask for a dance"
A dance? Of course!
I've never danced in my life.
But...
Looking for her.
Fun, intelligent, proud,

She looks at me, laughs, and says;
"Here's the next bloke to ask for a dance"
A dance? Of course!
I've never danced in my life.
But...

What I Do
Roses are red, and
Violets are blue.
When I'm in my bedroom,
You know what I do.
With my pants pulled down,
And the covers pulled up.
The lights are off,
And my computer lights up.
With myself in one hand,
And my laptop in the other.
I get to work,
Learning to love my monster.
The volumes turned on,
But quiet you see.
I don't want my neighbours,
To know that it's me!
Violets are blue.
When I'm in my bedroom,
You know what I do.
With my pants pulled down,
And the covers pulled up.
The lights are off,
And my computer lights up.
With myself in one hand,
And my laptop in the other.
I get to work,
Learning to love my monster.
The volumes turned on,
But quiet you see.
I don't want my neighbours,
To know that it's me!
