The ways
Some people are so dense
And to me it doesn't always make sense
To that much I must confess
Some people on the other hand
Have problems we couldn't possibly understand
It digs deeper down to the bone
That simple cut of the knife
The one meant to end their life
They're suicidal
To that there is no denial
But sometimes they just can't do it
So they find the next best thing to it
It's not something I know much about
Just something I've seen throughout
People come close to death
But never seal the deal
They spend their life in...
And to me it doesn't always make sense

The human race
Why are humans so complex
We burn holes into the tiniest flecks
We all tend to over think
Then to solve our we're dumb enough to drink
Humans don't want the truth
We just use what we wanna hear as proof
Nobody will admit they're wrong
And others just go along
We're so concerned with things that don't matter
We pay no attention to the things that do
One day we'll realize our mistakes
But by then it'll be to late
The human race will be long gone
And it will all be done and wrong

I went downstairs to get some tea
And felt like someone was watching me
Then all of the sudden I could hear
A song that sent me into true fear
I could hear the sound of feet
As well as at that point my own heartbeat
He said don't move or you'll die
I said I'll do whatever you want just leave the rest of my family be
He said he was hoping that's what I'd say
I'm going to take you far away
Now find a pen and a piece of paper
They will after all wake up later
Write that you will be okay
But something came up and you had to get away

That was something I couldn't believe
Then one day in the past
It all happened so fast

Worth it in the end
Every part of me tries to be the girl he needs

I have a trembling suspicion
