Imprisoned
In my nightmares I am trapped in a mental ward. I can't move my hands without feeling the restriction of the straps. My head is clear, no trace of the "madness" like they say contains me. . . I strain against the black polyester with every ounce of my strength and yet; I still I can't seem to budge. I stare into the eyes of a lost child, I can't necessarily remember who I was before the world labeled me what I wasn't; "Mad."
My back hurts right from the base of my spine to the tail bone. Saliva is pooling in the back of my mouth, yet my tongue feels as if I haven't drank water in 7...

Scared Little Girl.
We're at it again.. Sitting on top of our rooftop as I watch her weep. She spills these tears that are art. Her heart is art.. Her broken little heart is art. Watching the world thinking "This is what I'm afraid of." It's not some stupid scary movie, or some stupid ghost encounter.. It's this. Look around you.. She's afraid of all that. My Suicide Note
My suicide note... my suicide note should clearly read the words I never had the courage to say, and it should give relief to you because you'll finally understand what it's like inside my head; As for I will be sitting here, stuck forever in the moment where I'll take my very own life away, and I'll have tears rolling down my cheeks, trying to convince myself this is for the best and I'm better off dead. Am i going crazy?
I can see them ... standing right there in the corner of my room
Waiting for darkness to take over so they can start to move
Wander about in MY room.
They won't leave me alone, keeping me up
Tossing and turning . Falling in and out of sleep
But the nightmares won't stop.
I can feel them... watching my every move
Waiting so i can fall asleep to take over my dreams
Nightmares and Dreamscapes
A dream no longer so my nightmares take its realm
As a child i loved to fade off to dreamland
Escaping all my troubles, escaping reality
But reality is not...

And in the end , to him i will always be the worst daughter ever. Now tell me... would the worst daughter have graduated? Would i have been accepted to college? Who am I?
I am the spirit that flows within you
I am like a flower, I blossom
I blossom from deep within the heart
I resemble in a body a girl without a rose
I resemble in spirit a young lady,
With a soul of a baby .
I imagine that anything is possible
I am in a mission for greatness...
Greater than any women can imagine.
I am the commander of my fate;
I am the master of my soul
I guess I'm not like a common female...
And it's my right to be distinctive,
As free as I can be
However, I live humble... Never to judge
The challenge that I seek,...

I guess it’s time to happy up.
Grab a pen or even a pencil
Spill my thoughts on this paper
You’re here to help, or so you say
But are you here to stay?

Sometimes ... I Wonder
And sometimes I wonder,
What's the point of smiling
When you really feel like crying
Because deep down inside you're dying
And you're hurting
Because nobody seems to realize
The pain that you're truly going through
And sometimes I wonder
If you're missing me
Just as much as I'm missing you
Because it hurts not knowing if you think of me too
And it tears me apart
Because I still love you

What life would be if we were still...

I f**ked Up . . .
She said, "Love is a hard thing".
Somewhere between golfing and gardening.
Or relationship bargaining.
But she was still down for a hard swing.
Flowers she would pick like guitar strings.
For a real good whiff of how life behind par seems.
I hope she never even thinks about departing.
Before it's time for the theft of a hard thing.
Wondered why she always had dark dreams.
Never understood that she was down,
'cause of some long gone sharp scene.
Heard it all on the way from the art scene.
Around the time that i arrived, ...

Not really a poem
I always act happy…
but inside I hate myself so much I think about dying everyday.
But then again at the same time I want others to be happy.
And them smiling makes me think one more happy person,
and that I can be the person to go through the sadness for them.
But it’s a mixed feeling;
I’m so jealous of all those people.
How is it that they at times they come to love life…
But I can never come to appreciate the precious life God has given me?
Why did he put me here?
What is my purpose in this world..?
I’m sorry for putting out my feelings...

Lost Words
My thoughts are jumbled , Lost in a haze
So I put this pen on a page & start the maze .
Winding through my mind to feel ,
What is needed to help & Kill -
This poem is done , when my words are gone .
My thoughts are as they belong
Clear & steady & readable to me ;
So that they can be hidden from all to see
These words show what I truly know ,
And clear up the haze so it shows .
But when the maze is down & done
My words dry up as is by the sun .
The thoughts are clear , no longer lost
So these last words...
