I doubt you remember me,
Or maybe you do…..
I mean, you beat me pretty good that night.

I can’t forget it…

It happened years ago,
Seems like just yesterday though.

I remember it was Halloween…
I was supposed to work but I ditched to spend time with you,
Cause you called me begging and crying,
Asking me to come over, cause then it would all go away.

I walked a long way,
Having to walk past my own house.
Praying to God,
My parents wouldn’t see,
And ask...
