Woes of an Relationship
I heard all you said/ I hope you got all that off your chest/
I hope you got all the emotions out and you got nothing left/
I hope you feel good about yourself and you can lay your problems all to rest/
With the smoke and dust at your back I'm sure you have no regrets/
All this time you wanted a punching bag/
so you can strike on it to compensate for the pain that was caused from your
pass relationships, friends, mom or dad/
When you let loose there is no white flag/
I'm sure this is what you meant when you said I'm a man you have never...

The Prisoner
I'm a soldier/
shields up when one draws closer/ a don't care persona/ and yet still sober/
I still feel young but I'm still getting older
Among people and yet still a loner/
I'm functional but still need a doner
I'm a son brother and also father
I have a wife on speed dial but too hesitant to call her
My blessed assurance is the medals on my collar
Also being able to come home and make it rain with coins and dollars
even though I shower and water hits my head instead of feeling alive inwardly I'm still dead
I have a woman I once knew laying...

I am to trust the woman that is suppose to hold my spine
While being questioned and put under review as if I'm the one who committed a crime

The Fool
