White walls with shades of grey
I've seen it all through the glass
And I won't return to this hell
Prevalent sight of forgotten kings
Shallow crowns of the disheartened
I add my own to this collection

Descending upon manhattan
And all I thought about was yesterday
Maybe this life wasn't for me
I traveled this world for far too long
Sleepless nights on my highway again
I can't recall a place that was inviting
Embraced the lifestyle of the vain
If these miles continue to grow

Europe was a different kind of color
While Los Angeles kept me lazy

The smile is priceless

I could feel the sand and stone

Thundering in its applause
Mighty in it's cataclysm
I could see the pulsing nebula

Washing over this complication
