One Special Thing
We didn't mean for this to happen, on the day we said " I do", would have never thought that we would part, making you suffer through.
Right now it's not easy to believe, but things will get better for you and me. Just keep in mind that we both love you now, we will always, till the end of time.
I know it's hard, shuffling back and forth between us two, figuring out schedules, your life upside down, memories fading of the life you once new.
Divorce and separation are never easy tasks, but we will make more memories filled with a million and a half...
Right now it's not easy to believe, but things will get better for you and me. Just keep in mind that we both love you now, we will always, till the end of time.

MY SONG
My heart was breaking, couldn't pull myself together..
I took a chance, told the world I was fading..
Never could've imagined the events, unfolded next..
This guy I once met, a blast from my past, came back into my life, an endeavor, with such boyish charm that was sure too last,
left me needing this feeling forever..
Isn't it funny how life twists and turns
Making us happy, then breaking us til we burn
Filling our hearts with joy, then left empty, turning to stone, just a motion, a toy, leaving us wanting and alone...
The very next day, looking in...

HE GAVE ME YOU
It's amazing to me how God answers,
it wasn't long ago that I asked him for guidance, what he gave me was you,
a beautiful woman, a presence.
I was lost with worry and fear of the unknown,
lacking support, void of existence,
what he gave me was you, a woman capable of quieting my fears in an instance.
I was alone, no one standing in my corner; rejected,
again you were there by my side,
a woman strong and directed.
I owe so much to you, for the things you have taught me,
reminding me that its ok to stand up and fight, you have freed...

Point Me In The Right Direction
I am your child, you made me who I am, derived from your own DNA, you forced me against your beliefs, then left me alone and cast away.
You told me all the things I always did wrong, never showed me that you loved me, tried to help, or made me feel like I fit in and belong.
I have made mistakes, disappointed, and disgraced, I can own my faults, but I am yours I will never be replaced.
All of my life you told me I was worthless, heading down the wrong path, making poor choices.
When all I needed from you was love and direction,

Help
I understand that people like to help, in devastation and chaos; which is all well and good for those in that situation, but let's think about this for a moment, each and every state has families who are struggling. Jobless or demoted, homeless, neglected, plagued by domestic violence. Friends, family, neighbors, or even perfect strangers, in need of our help and protection, lives barely hanging in the valance.
Now, please don't miss understand; but just because it's hundreds or thousands of children in need of a helping hand, maybe the result of a horrible storm, or an explosion,...

Men think they are so smart, but really you are just asses, pushing limits, thinking you can devour our hearts. Well you poor boys I have news for you all, I am obviously more intelligent then you know, I am playing you, you are all just my toys!

Sin
Today is just awful, rainy and cold, my heart is heavy, I have no one to hold. Why does God push us to breaking? Why am I so sad an aching?
I feel dead inside, nothing left but an outer shell, an ending in the making. Why should I stay here in this hell? Why not just cash out and ring my bell?
I keep trying to fight, look to the future surely good is insight. Why can't I get up like all the other times? Why does this one feel like the last rhyme?
Well I think I'm done, folding my hands, turning in, guess there is a point where a person breaks, gives up,...

DON'T FALL
I am a collector of men mostly, its as easy as walking they are drawn to me, stalking.
I can read them, feel them, give them what they seek, let them think that I am all theirs, and then vanish in an instant, a blink.
I am a healer, I look deep into the souls of my men, I listen, mend their many wounds, toy with their emotions until they are consumed.
Then when they are all whole again, a man, I disappear, leaving them in an instant, not at all what they had planned.
I am a predator, I feed off these poor fellows, I build them up, show them all of who I am, shallow....
