DARK POEM

Destruction Disruption
With threat of a monster lurking
She tore off both of his arms
Turned swiftly to the winds
To face an unseen swarm
With trembling legs he crawled to her aid
Smiling at death as he gazed upon it's face
She cut out her heart, realizing her mistake
Betrayal embeded only in her mortal state
War escaped her once contained center
Only hers, forcing the voices to shatter
She made him whole once she remembered
The ancient healers, they do not dismember
Arisen, a flame came from a silver sword
Wings dried her tears and...

What She Needs
I understand my baby
I know why she needs it
Her in there with us
Safety in another Goddess
It is in this setting I can make my baby come
Our girl holding her as my tongue gets her undone
Finally opening to me that untouched flower
Relinquishing the war she has waged for power
They're kissing deeply, baby moaning in her mouth
Come for me now, I've become addicted to the sound
Shaking, I know she has no strength left to fight

I dont know what to do
I wanna dance
Buts it's a Wednesday, too
I live in the boonies
Away from any life
And I could dance alone
But I want a crowd tonight
To celebrate something
I dont know what
A weight has been lifted
I'm so light without this soot

Don't Pull the Trigger
He sat me down after that fateful night
Watching me silently to build up the fright
After cleaning my mess, I had to face him
Him and his fire and his speech about sin
I thought I would get the typical treatment
Spoken to like a child to feel a miscreant
But this time a sadness took over his eyes
To speak of a hard and difficult time
Never had I seen such submissiveness in him
The look made me stop to wipe off my grin
This man who had terrified me most of my life

I am no one special
No one to revere
My thoughts just need a home

I do not need to be played

But I won't delve into that
When I wake up sweating
Heart erratically thumping
Know it is me dying
And they pool around me
Is it real
