We have a double Cazimi of Mercury, Saturn, and the Sun in Pisces tomorrow ( Wed, Feb 28 ). This hasn't happened since Feb 1965. Before that it was 1701. This is a big deal and possibly the only one many of us will experience this lifetime.
Cazimi is derived from the Arabic term kaṣmīmi, which means “as if in the heart.” Therefore, when a planet forms a conjunction the Sun, it's termed a cazimi. The effects of this cazimi are also referred to a "purification" process of the planet, or in this case, planets involved.
Fire is sacred to the Gods: it purifies, cleanses, and sets clay into pottery. Prometheus, the Titan god of fire, is credited with molding mankind out of mud and clay. They were formed to reflect the image of the gods, while it is purported that Athena brought the clay figures to life.
While Zeus denied humankind fire to keep them subservient, Prometheus stole the flames of Zeus' lightning bolt and gifted it to humankind. With fire, humans could cook food, forge weapons, and wage war. This gift was the trebuchet that propelled civilization forward.
Regardless of the mythology, we can expect to experience energetic shifts of this astrological phenomenon for hours before and after the exact conjunction ( around 4:25 PM EST ). Cazimis have the power to accentuate and magnify the qualities of the planets involved, this includes creative breakthroughs, as Pisces, ruled by Neptune, is intuitive and the patron of music and artistic endeavors.

The Moon controls the tides of the largest bodies of water on our planet. To think that we, who are 70%+ water are not affected is an oversight. The Lunar cycle and seasons are a perfect way to mark time rather than one long continuous tick around the minutes, hours, and days.

You must change your usual way of looking at things.
The 6th house is ruled by Mutable Sign, Virgo and the planet Mercury. In the horoscope, it is the area of routine and everyday life. It is not so much a dazzling place as it has to do with the ordinary. It also rules the body differently from the first house and specifically for your health, especially the digestive tract.
This House reminds us of what we should do to maintain good health, and in this diet figures in. Anything that comes under alternative health or various approaches to strengthening the body and supporting a healthy lifestyle all falls under the category of the 6th House.
