Rain drops I could hear,
Angrily falling on my roof
I shoved myself to a cosiness
Night brought a generous light
Borrowed from the orb of the night
Obtained my heart, my soul and my all
Waving at me through the jealousy clouds

Rainbow Eyes

I traverse a sky of gray
Reaching up as I graze the clouds beyond..
I am struck, with a moment of silence
The wind dances with my hair
I feel a soul greet me there
My eyes meet yours
And at that moment I knew
Nothing could stop the thunderstorm within me
One that took only a bat of your lash
As centuries of rain pour back into my thirsty body
I cannot blink, for inside your sockets
Are bursts of living color
A rainbow across your heavenly blue sky
I can only pray... This rainbow never returns to the sky
As I drown in your endless rain.
