Poetry Contest Description
Compete in four challenges to win the trophy
Good afternoon Dudes and Dudettes of the Underground...
So occasionally I like to make you work for your trophy and this competition is all about bringing out your competitive streak.
This competition will last for one month. You have three days to sign up before I post the first writing challenge on the 12th June. You will be competing in rounds, with poets eliminated at each new challenge. After I see how many have signed up, I will say how many is going through to each round.
Whale has graciously agreed to be another valuable pair of eyes during the judging process.
I will post your name on this post once you have given me a hell yeah, hallelujah, f*ck off Missy, hoop la how, interpretative dance, anything you like in the form of an affirmation that you would like to join.
You will be competing against each other in a poetry knockout to get through the series to claim the trophy.
The dates will be as follows:
8th June - sign up period
12th June - first challenge (4 eliminated)
18th June - second challenge (4 eliminated)
24th June - third challenge (4 eliminated)
30th June - final challenge (3 in the final)
8th July - End of comp. Winner announced shortly after.
