I've taken the liberty of a different format...Why? Just because and it's a true story...and it just happened...

OK, I've checked my records and have just finished speaking to the ANZ Bank.
I nominated the transfer to be in Euros therefore making sure you got the exact amount you needed, i.e. I transferred 200 Euros.
It was confirmed by the ANZ Bank worker that they transferred 200 Euros to your bank.
The total cost to me was $340.95 and $18 of that was the transfer fee.
Therefore your fucking German bank has whipped 30 fucking euros from my money to line their fucking pockets and no doubt will pass it off as a transaction fee which is absolute fucking crap...
I'll say it again...30 euros of my money which was for you...it was not sent to line their fucking already rich fucking pockets...
You get my drift???
If not, I will tackle them...letter being drafted as I type....
