The Doors
I keep listening to doors music for insporation then i try and write something and it just sounds like shit and totaly not worthy of anything that should be associated with jim morrison or your comp sorry
So i will just post a few songs i like

I was granted an audience with the devil
turns out it was just my reflection in the rain
Why are people so strange
When you are a wall flower
you can't help but observe
the ugly faces behind iron curtains
pulling society by its strings
psychologically manipulating neilson polls
so today the blacks hate the jews
but next week
it will be christians and muslims
hand in hand on a gay bashing rampage
Why indeed is the role of the stranger the roll of the out cast
Ostracised for their wicked ways
of spreading lies
via debunked conspiracy theories
The mainstream media wouldn't lie right
when the weather woman replied
its all irrelevant
Explain to me why
I feel like an obtuse triangle
trying to fit in with the two party system
of circles and squares
Tell me then who truly is strange
the sheep
or the free thinking people

Outside is no place for an outsider
Best stay inside where they leave you alone
Outside love and friendliness is not condoned
Especially for those who are not of this zone
Out there they just stare at one who is not their own
Beware of the outside when you’re an outsider
What might happen to you out-there is unknown
Inside is far safer than outside for an outsider
Outsider, you’ll never hear, “Hi, Hello, or Shalom”
‘Lonely,’ is the name of this city they call their home
So outsider, best heed my sincere reminder
Don’t go outside when you an outsider
Stay inside, be content with being on your own

THE INTIMATE STRANGER
The intimate stranger
Stood by the side of the road
Latitude lost
Searching for a soul
His woven words
Seduced the sultry sands
Of the timeless shore
Enter now no more
The hanging silence
Closed the lost door
The drawn down blinds
Were left behind
His footprints cast aside
The floor
Walking through thin air
Barely there
The intimate stranger
Drew himself near
He found neptunes cave
Swans swam
Their wings
Held out tight
Towards the dark
Into the light
Its not a new poem
but could referr to "the end"
Crazy abt the Doors and Jim,his dark poetic soul

The sparks fly upwards into the sky,
scintillating lights that change hue
like galvanized chameleons.
I wonder about the others
who are aching as I am,
who own a sadness not assuaged
by mere external merriment.
Perhaps at this very minute, some
are going so far as to end it all.
Bullets meeting skulls, blades
on wrists. Tiny pills scattered
from bottles.
I sit in the grass and feel
the weight of their leaving.
I know they have passed.
It is almost as if they speak
to me.
Their voices are like
the aftermath of the fireworks,
a troubling stillness
accompanied by the slight scent
of sulfur.
