Burning fire and watching moon

We were at the beach
all evening-damp-sand blasted-full
We ran-toppled-kissed-held hands-walked
came evening we rushed towards the beach house
stumbling in the darkness we giggled like children
having bought bundles of candle in stead of lukewarm passion
Those pastel pieces of wax were ignited-all of them
lying on our bellies on the bed we watched our shadows
silently fall across the faint white walls
and then chase the light-embryonic
as Edith Piaf rose and shook-us
goosebumps came into being
and died like distant stars
and light got engulfed by
the shadow within the
penumbra and again
chased-faithful
we watched
them
the
shadows
shift and grow
and evolve and fade
then there was darkness
and silence-muffled voices
and mild laughter and more
silence and darkness-voices-
noises-distant-silent-labyrinthine.
How do I miss you everyday
in the fragrance of Eucalyptus
in the slow somnolent days at the sea
and the smell of death on those wooden planks
behind neatly stacked underwear
the very way you had touched them last
How do I miss you everyday
in the harrowing immediacy
of indecision and fragility
in the putrefaction of the damage
too hideous to encompass
How do I miss you everyday
in the slow revolving blades
and the unsparing honesty of despair
which expands as the evening progresses
How do I miss you everyday
in the arresting collages from the days of yore
dreams-memories-cutting-across-juxtaposed
How do I miss you everyday
still it's such a startling understatement
How I miss you everyday
on a unicorns horn
will honk my butterfly kisses
my goddess
Flown halfway high as your beauty
my undying devotion dives
in the pools of your splendor
drowned me

What began in the shadow of a midnight sun
Took flight on the beat of a new dawn.
The rhythm played a melody of true love
In a world where cynics hear only silence.
Like raindrops falling on a pristine lake,
Each moment of knowing you bloomed
And rippled through my life in abundant joy.
Every second, every minute, every hour a song.
True love moves in time, steady like a ship
Splitting the tides with a confident bow.
And soon the sea will have yielded to our love --
A prince, now proven wrong, reflects back
And sees the knight atop his steed
With weapons drawn and ready for command
For royalty needs its battalion, sure and true.
The warrior, a lonely hunter without his prince.
Together, they stand unlimited
Driven by passion borne of past fears,
Now dissipated on the armors of a future
Where two souls are joined for good.

the lions and the tress, excuse me please,
I seem to have lost my keys.
My voice is out the window of the train heading down to heavenly lane.
I’m off to see my sweetie pie, my chocolate delight,
my butterscotch, my vanilla, my cherry.
I over did it, don’t you agree?
but how can I not be, so madly in over my head for thee?
my angel from heaven, not exactly.
From far away you dream of me, from near I think of you.
Pathetic I know, but believe me our love was true.
There’s a Baskin-Robbins on 31st avenue. Meet me there, I’ll treat you.
So innocent and loving, gentle but cunning,
smart and beautiful, funny and thoughtful. Best friend I ever made.
My sweetheart why do you stay so far away?
Miles across oceans I must say, the tickets are goddamn expensive in this modern day.
You stole my heart, and didn’t know. You fell for someone else, and now I’m alone.
But lets not dwell on the past and cry, I no longer have a reason to die.
WE’RE STILL FRIEND’S, RIGHT?!?!?
So maybe you liked me a lot. I knew we'd never tie the knot.
I still think you're damn hot, so please don’t regret missing your shot.
But I still love you the same, my love you’re awesome and insane,
baby if you ever feel the same, let me know I’ll step up my game.

Why are you cutting my hair?

Why are you digging for kryptonite

You are the medicine that gives me energy
