With Spring's Blessing
With Spring comes many blessings
The time has come for new beginnings
Plants bursting with blooms
Mild temperatures when all things are green
It's time for picnics at the springs
Motorcycle rides and skateboarding
How I look forward to the Spring
And all of the blessings nature brings

Sweet Spring
Inspiration blows in on the wind
Open windows welcoming in
The warmth of the gentle breeze
Brings sweet scents for me to breath
Flowers blossom, I see the first few
Daffodils, violets, and magnolias, too
Birdsong chirps across the blue sky
A call I yearn to answer in reply
Optimism, the mood of the season
Gives me yet another good reason
To dig my hands in the dirt and be so grateful
That I am finally one with mother nature

There must be something in the spring air
As the ice and frost melts from our bones.
Winter is far behind us in the rearview
Mirror. Rosy cheeks and happiness that
Creep in like splattered sunshine. Our hair
Blowing in the wind as there are unknowns
In world, but just like we know spring to
The core we know that there is attraction
To warmer days and flowers blossoming.
There is something truly magical coming.
As the ice and frost melts from our bones.
