MOON Maan måne Máni

I hear the moon singing a tune.
All very soon,in my head.
In my thoughts,in my bed.
 
I shined brightly with the light of the sun.
Warm and cozy.
As the moon sang her song.
 
The moon will sing for me.
She will glow brightly.
And set us free.
 
She loves us,just like the sun.
Orange,yellow in the night.
An eternal nightlight.
 
Shiny,bright moonlight.
And all it takes is a full moon.
To feel the bliss,happy,hopeful.
 
And you feel swoon.
I hear the moon singing a song.
And  I hope I get to enjoy it for very long.
 
It doesn't take long for you to smile.
You sit and listen for a while.
Like angels in a choir.
 
Angelic,stunning.
Forever,her song shall be.
Erase that frown,the sadness.
 
And it will set you free.
You just have to listen and let it be.
Breathe a sigh of relief,as the moon shines bright.
 
And brings the beauty of the night.
The stars sang along.
This happy,cheerful,peaceful song.
 
I shined brightly with the moonlight upon my skin.
Light,so lightweight and thin.
Yet it gently caresses my face.
 
Brings me power,energy like magical lace.
For the moon is now a familiar face.
The sun and moon,they keep switching through the days.
 
As their glow brings peace.
And finds your missing puzzle piece.
They release you from the chains.
 
The problems and all of its restraints.
Walking,day and night.
You visit always with no fright.
 
The moon shall sing for me and you.
Comfort,and ease your troubles too.
Sometimes,I look at the big,bright moon.
 
And I wonder what will happen soon.
In the future,in the past.
The negative thoughts go away.
 
Take my hand,holding onto tight.
And let us visit the holy night.

I think the moon is very fair.
Its bright,light color.
At night,it's always there.

As the wolves howl,the night sets.
Trees grow,autumn leaves shed.
I watch this beauty unfold from the comfort of my bed.

Watching through the window.
I look at the moonlight,stars sparkle.
And I clear my worries and head.

It gives me a warm,welcoming smile from afar.
I look at it and admire,even though it's far.
Moonlight makes the stars sparkle even more on the big,black ink.

I look at it and begin to think.
If it's a whole another world out there,or just a nightlight.
You look at it and begin to sway.

Imagining a staircase to the moon,a magical pathway.
You climb the ladder,in awe you blink.
Is this Heaven?

And you begin to think.
Thoughts racing,you open up the moon's windows.
And you enter a bright paradise.

Sunflowers,cotton clouds.
The words the moon whispered sounded very wise.
You look around,make sure it's real.

And you begin to check twice.
Around you,golden fireflies.
As a phoenix flies in the sky.

You find it's all real and you wonder why.
You think to yourself,that it's just a dream.
Thinking,that asleep is all you've ever been.

A paradise,like nothing you've ever seen.
And nothing you've ever watched on a screen.
And you barely believe your eyes.

Feels like you begin to fantasize.
Imagining all the possibilities that come with with this place.
Thoughts race, wind blows your hair out of your face.

The sirens,they sang in grace.
But your time ends,and you have to leave this place.
You think that's very soon.

However,you visit the night after.
You visit every night.
And you feel on cloud nine.

You feel happy,hopeful.
And you start to feel just fine.
