Happy Challenge Launch Day, Registrants! As two of our participants are from the Philippines, the challenges will be launching at 12:01 PM EDT ( midnight, April 1st in that country ) TODAY.
You CANNOT post prior to 12:01 AM April 1st in YOUR time zone! So, please don't jump the gun just because the challenges have launched.
This is going to be really simple this year: The above attendance sheet will be posted by noon each day with the results of Team'24's reports for the previous day. If you have a DUG beside your name, you're good to go. If you have a sandworm, you've received an X, and most likely a Team member has reached out to you regarding your error.
Please remember that this team has lives outside of DU, and they are also participating in this challenge. It is not their responsibility to notify you of any errors; however, we do try asap so that you can correct them within 24 hours of posting. Team Captains and/or their designees are not responsible for your mistakes or timely notifications so that you can correct them. They do the best we can to assist you across the finish line; however, it's your responsibility to proof your own entries so that they meet the guideline requirements.
Should you receive an X, any blatant disrespect to any Captain or their designees because they failed to notify you of your error, or notified you too late to correct it, will result in automatic disqualification from this challenge.
If the X is corrected within 24 hours after you initially posted, then it will be removed from the next day's reports. If not, the X stays. We can't get any fairer than that.
Stress: The error must be corrected within 24 hours after you initially posted, not 24 hours after being notified by a Captain or their designee. Remember, they are trying to help you, not grace you with more time.
So, please, make certain you check your messages within 24 hours or sooner after posting in case you have received one.

Oh, one more thing: Once the challenges launch, this thread's name will changed and it will become the 2024 discussion thread. There are no comments, banter, or questions allowed in the challenge threads. Any comment, question, or concern can be posted here. Banter to your heart's desire!
