There's about six competitions need voting on and some on the way.

nothing wrong with selecting the vote option. it is after all among the options.

Any problems only arise when when a competition is either too tight or not enough votes. no shame in either either

My suggestion is simple. if a competition runs on passed an agreed time, the competition will revert back to the host to cast the winning vote

I would suggest it run discreetly through an automated PM "you need to pick a winner" with a link
