S.O.S.                                                 DESPERATELY SEEKING THE     😠 😢THE DELETE BUTTON.       All kidding aside, it has a devastating impact in these innocent lives. I always refer it as being a SOLDIER in the SURVIVOR WAR! Make no mistake, were in a combat zone! I think this will get very interesting. SURVIVOR➰

Hi can a personal experience count? Not exactly awareness per se, but I guess personal experiences also hold . great importance.

Mommy, Please Come Home

Ramen in the cabinet
pancake powder to be stirred
just add a little water
give it a little whir.

Ten years old, and yes, I can!
I can use the stove
I can watch tv for hours
and hours, all alone.

I can watch as other kids
flip and flap their feet
giggling and galavanting
playing down the street.

Alone and alienated
forced to always stay alone
hours slide by into night
Mommy, please come home.

She cares enough to
keep me here, afraid to let me out.
If I were to go missing, what
would they all talk about?

How she left me by myself
all day, alone for me to fend
and all I ever wanted
was my mother or a friend.

And finally, she does come home
I've cried and begged and pled
Just long enough to kiss goodnight
and time to go to bed.

Acid Tears

Lurking deep in my darkest fears
A monster weeping acid tears
The uncle coming to my bedroom door
Calling me his little whore
I hate myself wish I was dead
As he spurts his vileness in my head

Mine is a lost and tortured soul
Never again will I be whole
Childhood killed at the age of ten
Never to return again
And on and on though teenage life
A living hell of fear and strife

On my birthday now eleven
He says I’ll show you the gates of heaven
He lies on top my legs spread wide
He pushes himself so deep inside
With pain and shame I’m overcome
Can’t even cry I feel so numb

Spirit broken,innocence destroyed
And every abusers trick employed
I’m kept compliant remaining silent
He tells me of things so evil, violent
That he’ll do to all my family
And my little brother only three

Oh god in heaven if god there be
Please take my life and set me free
Hold me in your loving keep
In the oblivion of eternal sleep
At fifteen I find strength to fight
And when he comes I scream that night

Parents come what’s going on?
Uncle mumbles then is gone
Moves from our house that very day
Dad won’t hear what I have to say
Won’t hear your lies me or your mother
A good man your uncle, my only brother

It’s all your fault I hear them say
And now you’ve driven him away
With poisonous fairy tales and lies
Now I’m the one they all despise
I’m silenced now an empty shell
Who will listen? Who can I tell?

When twisted nature
robs you
of your children
when you look in the mirror
who do you blame
when a child lays dieing
on a dirty street corner
or tired to a bed
screaming in vain
please
look at the children
who do you blame

When i look
though these bars
of your disign
when i feel the sun
though the window blinds
when i smell fresh air
when you open the door
i bow my head
and cry a little more

Basements

It was maybe two thousand four
I was just six years old
Pale blonde hair, big blue eyes
And a heart made of gold

Mother remarried
My stepfather, a stranger
A new chance for us
No thoughts of danger

How long did that last?
Two months, give or take
Before he revealed his intentions
For my hymen to break

But no, he didn't stop there
After a few "special times"
A sick idea in his head
To worsen his crimes

He worked with many-a man
With pent up aggression
Why not make some profit
With this new found obsession?

The proposal was hard
I presume, that is
I mean, how many men
Dream of fucking young kids?

But there were some takers
With sick twisted heads
I guess their poor wives
Were getting boring in bed

And so it began
Every weekend or two
I'd be shoved in a basement
While they each paid their dues

After the cash was collected
Stepdad leaves down the hall
Lights went dim, seams were ripped
Cue the sick free-for-all

Deep groans of the men
Sweaty hands on my skin
Pain in each orifice
Filling me with their sins

"Take it there, sweetie."
"You know, I'm an ass man!"
"Much tighter than Margaret!"
"Pussy sweet as Leanne's!"

Time slowed to a crawl
Eternities passed
Each man getting their fill
Of tearing my ass

Once the semen had dried
And cigarettes were burnt out
My tears were still flowing
My mouth fixed in a pout

They high-fived and left
And stepfather came back
Grinned at me, said "Nice work."
Gave my red cheek a smack

Mother didn't believe me
She knew no such man
He clouded her judgement
With cash in her hand

This went on for awhile
Twas great income, you see
But I grew up, and fought back
Moved away from that creep

If only that were the end
He's still living with mom
He's in my subconscious, too
Driving away all the calm

No judge was alerted
The police never came
I'm just living with memories
Drenched in unwanted shame

HOUSE OF BLACK & BLUE

On every block
In every town
Is one house known
For being black & blue
It’s a haunted home

Where many a night
A drunken monster
Bellows in rage
Fueled by liquor
He’s the Devil uncaged

A box of screams
A dwelling of pain
A hut of wailing
Muffled thuds
Little ones crying

In the morning
The children emerge
They look so scared
With shell shocked eyes
They speak no words

Sometimes a woman
From inside that place
Timid she quietly leaves
With scarf covered head
And sunglass covered face

She leaves quickly
Silently like a ghost
Walking to the store
Returning with groceries
She shuts the door

What sort of monster haunts
The house of black & blue?
That reigns terror upon a family
With horrors unviewed
Is there nothing you can do?

The monsters children fear most are real.  They don’t hide under their beds, but can be found sleeping next to mommy instead.
