Touch
Touch is such an intimate sense
Making relationships intense
The feel of skin to skin
Is where couples begin
Stripped naked; caressing, they can feel
A sensual closeness that's hardly real
Kissing, cuddled, closely held
Sexual urges can't be quelled.
As they advance their intimate quest
Mouths to genitals are pressed
Each explore with their tongues
New feeling with each fresh plunge
Now is the time to explore deeper
Her vagina ready to enter
The mutual feel as it slides in
Puts ones senses in a spin
Both will feel the sliding action
Enjoy each others satisfaction
Building up to a peak
An orgasm is what both seek
Paramount the sense of touch
Other senses not so much
Put together all combine
To enrich the lives of mankind
Touch is such an intimate sense
Making relationships intense
The feel of skin to skin
Is where couples begin
Stripped naked; caressing, they can feel
A sensual closeness that's hardly real
Kissing, cuddled, closely held
Sexual urges can't be quelled.

“our relationship” it’s officially in tatters
pressure inflicted; because of stories conflicted; your
who, what, when & why assumes knowledge restricted
but right about now, senses certainly have been impaired
eye sockets emptied from where once eyeballs stared
fingerless hands no longer having touch
Impassively, I’m wondering if you miss them that much
your tasty tongue spoke lies so well
now snatched from your mouth, then dispatched into hell
your own ears had listened to your whimpering wail
sliced from your head where they only hear FAIL
[font=Comic Sans MS]
silently existing neither “for” nor “against”
but once active in “The Other” the other reflects that instance
and Babe, I concede
I haven’t shown resistance

DEEP BLUE SEA
It was so inviting
the waves dancing
behind the shadow
of pale moonlight
like a lover’s touch
a promise of a kiss
rich and tender
that I decided
to take a dip
Only a few steps
I'm already deep
in the ocean's den
enveloping me,
weakening me in
its mighty grip
all it took is some
moments before the
flares above me
completely shut
I am drowning
unable to scream
as the salt water
slowly fills my lungs
an extreme fear
escaped my body
sinking further
into the abyss
on my destruction
There was silence
everything went black
and time stood still
then an adrenalin
suddenly kicks in
grasping for my
last breath
of mortality
Under the crimson
shade of death
my own worst enemy
I saw myself
cradling my body
desperately praying
to wake up from
this morbid dream

Instinct (a weird sense)
You know how you just know
when something's right
when it's now
when everything inside says go, go, go
when your gut tells you
you'll regret standing still
or when that knowing says wait
a flutter in your stomach
for something fast licking its chops
right around the tree
it's instinct first
that lets us smell a lie
taste a hint of imminence
a third eye that asks
we -breathe-
so we can read our heartbeats
another sense
that would quietly suggest
giving audience
to opportunity
so one can grab hold and mould
whatever life one may
Senses tend to pay attention
when you just know it in your gut
You know how you just know
when something's right
when it's now
when everything inside says go, go, go
when your gut tells you
you'll regret standing still

With a multitude of senses we are fortunately blessed.
With each and everyone we can all can be expressed.
The way I hold you, to keep you close.
Taste you, after experimental connections.
See you, in a way only I can.
Hear you call for me, to only come running.
Smell your sweat after such endeavours...
And be with you as one in spirit
For once created I am blessed, all of these to me which I'll share with you.

In The Church Of Assisi
I walked the aisles amidst the pews
while the eyeless saints looked through me
from the mosaic tiled sky,
and the waxen idols called out,
demanding worship.
I will not bow to them
for they are not my God,
yet they are deceivingly beautiful
so I photographed them for their colors,
hoping their counterparts in the beyond
were not shaking their heads in disdain, for what they’d become.
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10
I am transitioning,
and I hoped to find you there among the altars,
but it was only the Lord
who called out “Daughter!
walk…” and that was enough;
it had to be enough,
so I pressed on along the tightrope of darkness
my footing weak from the blows
of Revelations within my mind
and soul.
For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Isaiah 41:13
“O, Lord!”
I cried out in silence;
“The scales have blown from my eyes
and what have I seen?”
the pain is erased, to be replaced
with new thorns of knowledge—
Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. Isaiah 42:9
The sightless saints still gaze,
as my every fiber becomes a turmoil,
for what was, was not as it seemed
but what was, was necessary,
and a lone Jew speaks “Shabbat Shalom” over me,
bringing me closer to the God of Israel
than all of the tiles in St. Francis.
