people will always disappoint you.....
if you allow them to
 
I’ve become aware lately.....
that luv can change a soul  
 
but only if it truly is capable.....
to feel and know luv it’s self
 
precious luv that we are capable of....
isn’t always accepted by another  
 
as being a true gift....
from a luving selfless soul  
 
they mistreat us....
cause that’s all they know
 
they only see into us....
when it’s convenient for them  
 
deep inside they know the truth....
that our luv is true and rare
 
they just don’t know how....
to let another soul luv them
 
well....
guess what my friend
 
it’s their problem
 
not ours
 
it’s their mistake
 
not ours
 
it’s their misfortune
 
not ours
 
we are better off to hear their silence
