Life’s Dances (A Grace and Soul Collab.)
Love it was said, Hesiod bound
Fourth to existence A Primordial God...
Lover to Chaos, seeds our existence
To be borne of Love, to be OF Love
these hands, that touch, carve and hold
moulders of tomorrow, shaping Dreams
Yet viciousness and hate abounds
Cries of succour, of surcease
In the fields of contentions, of war
Pillage, murder, and plunder the people
Stamp on tread denigrate the women
Seed them the screaming furrows
New borne babe, safety's wings
that ever stay, tracing shadow pace
with light that beams, holding brothers
through broken dreams, wicked things
Love be the best of us, whilst others lie down
we flaunt The Beast with two backs, shared
Shared ecstasy of oneness
Sweetness in dominance
Sheer hate in game’s name
To suppress the other, nay
Scabbard and sheath
Lovingly addressed, hate
Leash that promises graft, formed by Love
light that is lived for, plush in little death
bright be the sun when pure, we give as one
Love holds vigil in home and in thistle
Essence of our giving, bounty of Nature
To be a God to Live the Goddess
To suffer yet the forced adulation
For gods unknown, appeasing goddesses
Giving and yet hoping for returns
Love, hate in ecstasies dying
Entwined in one another’s arms
Hate seeds subjugation to desires
The eyes of worship know where home is
Light is shone understanding acceptance
Being, only absolute giving, winged Eros
Light bearer Sun for golden paths, Love
To know hate, one must love
Cups of desire, needs and wants
To drink to life’s dance
For Love must Win.

Kind of reminds me of the first time I saw the original Clash of The Titans. Maybe my taste have changed but I liked the movie.
Very easy to spot the contrasts; I just try to remember the Maze song, "Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain"
Also like that you didn't place restrictions by saying one writer do the "love" while the other do the "hate".
