(TERROR)
Onyx night looming
The shadows' breaths shriek madness
Escape now vanished
( . . . .And from ALL those other "ghoulies, an ghosties, and long-leggedy beasties, and things that go bump in the night...." *

ANISOPTERA
(Jasper's Dragon(fly)
Rainless leaves,thistledown,
Created practically of nothing,
but of substance quite enough'
To be extended eyes, reflecting Life,
And two translucent emerald twigs
To be perfect perpetual motion--
Ravenous, insatiable hunger,
Grappling love.
Unencumbered by Earth's confinements,
Transcendent link between Air and Water,
Light touches wing to shift fragmented patterns--
Irridescence on prismatic lace--
Carnivorous twice-born predator;
You splinter into heat.
Swiftness, eluding...

In the tainted glow of neon-rainbow billboards.
A twenty-first century Lancelott, you don your callousness and
And self-loathing like a tarnished suit of armor
On a chivalrous quest to save two-hundred-dollar Nocturne Ladies
From drug primed pimps...

"Psycho"-Therapy ??
"Psycho"-
Gazing with glazed eyes,
I watch the valium visions
of endless ebony dragons kiss the molten sky--
feel the earth stretch, and yawn,underneath my feet.
Writhing within my skull,
I am tortured by the feasting
of the translucent, conqueror worm--
that will never slumber, that can never die.
Every night--all night--as through a violent storm,
I hear incessant, indistinct voices calling--
shouting out my name upon the wildly whimpering wind,
while the monsters and the demons destroy my guilty mind....
Gazing with glazed eyes,
