Hi im a 38 year old single mom. I have an amazing son. I just came out of a complicated relationship after 2 years. I am feeling heartbroken, lost and confused. Im hoping that this will help me as an outlet to release all of these overwhelming feelings and emotions.im hoping to find some inner peace and i just want to be able to break out of my shell and feel ok to express myself freely in a non judgmental place.
