Where did all the woman go?
Where did all the woman go?
The supply of these creatures at one time was endless
Every one of them was special, original, beautiful & care-free
Their beauty & intelligence shined brightly
Their smell, their kisses, their playfulness, enlightened me throughout my life
The way they folded their legs
The ability to wear makeup & style their hair
Chivalry wasn't dead then
They once out numbered men on planet Earth
Then one day they all disappeared
All that are left are men & transgenders
What good is that?
What the fuck...

If I were to do
what is meant to be acted upon
Oh, you’d love to see that,
Wouldn’t you?
But I don’t do what is expected of me
And I do not care what you think
Of women like me
They said I’d feel a sense of purpose
If I were to do

That we’d have taken a step toward freedom
But I must free myself first

my womb thick with exit signs
a few little deaths
long strands
streak across white tissue
