Mr. and Mrs. Weatherburn lived in New Port. The couple was illiterate, and they had a teenage son named Stanley. His mother called him Taundee. He was attending a boarding school in Clarendon, but he could not read or write. It seemed that he had an intellectual disability. Moreover, he was a lazy boy. Walternate Universe – MC41225
I pressed the button on the control just for the hell of it
When the portal in the shape of a blue liquid sphere appeared
Thinking I was still dreaming from the night before I stepped through
Not realizing that things were about to get really weird…
A small robot with a television monitor for a face greeted me
In a long dimly lit hallway that was as far as the eye can see
Here other portals were opening and closing for other travelers
As they jumped through verses like they were wishes of a fantasy

The Birth
Norman and Marlon had a sister named Claudia. She was their only sister. Claudia gave birth to a baby girl. The baby was born prematurely, and she was such a tiny thing. She weighed about two and a half pounds. The doctors at the hospital had to keep Claudia’s baby in an incubator for a few weeks. Claudia’s family were so happy when she brought home her cute Indian baby.

THE EXAMINATION DESK
It was the day of nine o’clock G.C.S.E math’s exam. We lined up outside the lunch hall like conscripts awaiting basic training. The black painted mesh of the bike shed was flaking. I picked at it. 40 Green Cabbages
1 sharp knife, 1 cutting board(LARGE),
And 50 sticks of butter

I attended a Jewish High school in the north of England that bore a vague resemblance to the kids from the Beverly Hills. Our family weren’t rich - and therefore, I didn’t belong socially. A couple of brief reflections,
one prosaic, one poetic.

I grew up in a deprived seaside area, a town where all the county councils dumped their human refuse, so to speak, meaning in effect that we had a lot of mercenaries, untreated psychiatric patients, and even sexual offenders wandering around. The sort of place where you’d sit in McDonald’s and the mothers in the next booth would point at a man walking past and say “he’s a paedo”, or “he deals drugs.”
