the clouds
the clouds
were busy
shape
shifting,
forgetting
how to fly,
their sense
of direction
was over,
their
languages
disappeared,
they opened
their mouths
and only
rain formed,
taking time
to fall
to
the ground,
even with
no intentions,
they weighted
the earth
with their
lost voices.

Rain
Syncopated rain
taps my window as I pause,
dancing off the leaves
fluttering in the garden
and off the blue jay's bright wings.
taps my window as I pause,
dancing off the leaves
fluttering in the garden
and off the blue jay's bright wings.

Oxygen Escapes
rivers in the atmosphere
waterfalling down
sheets and torrents everywhere
flowing over ground
down towards the ocean
drawn back into the sea
in a cyclic motion
pulled by gravity -
hydrogen just floats away
oxygen escapes
joined as one is how they stay
nothing dissipates
molecules of H2O
condensed up in the sky
joined together as they grow
falling to then lie
on the ground In puddles,
overflowing into streams
liquid moving cuddles,
molecularly seen -
torrents...

The arc of the pine— with Thepalestrider
The virulent tempest
In the cruel blade of midday
Now rages forth unyielding
An ovation in grey
The crease of the fescue
The arc of the pine
Bend and break before it
In a most crooked line
Mantled eclipses
With sable designs
Spread shadow like poison
Through trembling vines
Now dusk is no refuge
For the storm still proceeds
With lightning that rends
Both the sky and the trees
The rocks split asunder
Where the fire takes hold
And the world burns...
In the cruel blade of midday
Now rages forth unyielding
An ovation in grey

Rain
September rains,
In the evening,
The clouds grey,
And grumbling,
The smell of earth,
And petrichor,
With memories
Of things before.

night and day
Day & Night
It was still dark morning when I left
the nightclub, a place where one can
be sure not to meet reality
I saw a river of people coming out of
the subway filling streets with heavy
steps and murmur
as daylight came, neon light shivered
and became ugly words on buildings
reality had blinded them
At the end of the day, as night sunk
like a blanket on towns, people were
going home from workplaces
The neon light came back on tell
a story of an alternative where all
is fake, like Ronaldo's scoring...

Allow Compassion To Reign Upon Humanity
Devoid of festering and lamented bitter sorrows
Doves soaring in search higher grounds burying turmoil of past tomorrows
The covenant of rainbow between God and man
None holier unto humanity from where we stand
He who seeks shall find peace, within their reach
For the masqueraded, acrimony, rancor, discontent shall never lash the meek
Time is not assured by the human’s mind
Life is the blink of an eye in God’s time
Turn away and allow Sodom and Gomorrah to burn ...

Storm
In the night your electricity
flashes upon my vein's doorsteps.
Your thunder's roar roams
my brain's craving cortex.
You are here.
No longer protected by just near.
Rain thrashes my ground,
liquid lust.
Flashing, roaring, drenching.
Invitationless.
Away blows my dress,
naked plains of flesh.
To receive your storm.
My deep soul severely
transformed.
flashes upon my vein's doorsteps.
Your thunder's roar roams
my brain's craving cortex.
You are here.
No longer protected by just near.
Rain thrashes my ground,
liquid lust.
Flashing, roaring, drenching.
Invitationless.
Away blows my dress,
naked plains of flesh.
To receive your storm.
My deep soul severely
transformed.

Summer Rain
summer rain is gently falling
on the trees both short and tall in
the forest on the mountain,
a liquid luscious from sky fountain
sustaining life for every being
as I'm sitting drinking tea in
the light of early morning
rhythmic rhyming here now dawning
pitter patter pitter patter
raindrops falling then they shatter
on tree branches and the ground,
on my car roof with soothing sound
as waves of natural condensation
create from evaporation
drips which trickle into streams,
ocean mixed with sunlight...

Rustled (By The Wind)
The leaden skies cover (her) completely.
Clouds, like glutted lips, brim with moisture and then rain down.
At once, its vastness is sodden, & every stem is the more fertile with beaming color.
But one, the greater of these!
This rose, whose petals have been teased apart, reveals its splendor!
Her stigma, as rustled by the wind.
As sung to by a humming (Sunbird).
Gift a gift that makes trinkets of mortal indulgence.
