Protecting Mother Earth
Mother Earth is trying
to protect our planet
but it feels like it's
going to shit and
it will become
like the Zombieland
movies where will be
killing zombies and
moving from place to
place until the cure
is found so keep
the planet clean so
we won't end up

the infancy of TV in Norway
The infancy of TV in Norway
He came home early to see the news
on TV. After the news weather forecast
Then a bit of entertainment
a lady played the guitar and sang badly
end of TV for that day.
He cycled down to the nearest pub
they closed at eleven, the town only had 3
Uphill was more difficult.
On Sunday. the Tv was more lively
mass, sport and the Flint Stones.
Monday evening, film night, often
a dreary Polish film. Good night!!!

Frankenstein
I can sense
The Earth
Groaning
In pain
Eyes now closed
At the blood now shed
Upon her virgin soil
She now quakes
In fear
Of what's to come
As her tears
Flood
While she breathes out
Hurricanes of despair
"These were meant to be
The intelligent ones"
"Yet
I have given life
To these monsters!"
And like Frankenstein
The monsters
Have turned on the giver of life

A Killing Of The Matrix
Cool sunshine, over an icy disguise
As a pastel blue, fills cloudless skies
But soon a wind, brought about a change
As a quiet landscape, turned to strange
A lone idling tree, hung naked upon a hill
As its emerald life, shuddered in the chill
The deep rustic hues, now fading colours
Silver-grey skies, with sickening pallors
Slowly awakening, after the sun set
As the skies turned dark, with the night now met
A gradual opening, of bloodshot eyes
Windows to a soul, that slowly dies
Red hot tears, streaked...

We Drift
We drift down this stream of consciousness.
Poisoned bodies struggling to purge the toxins that saturate our frail organic form.
Disconnected and desensitized,
Forgotten and fading,
The eye of the mind struggles to see how it once did; with such clarity.
We drift, distracted by our service to the system.
Implanted instincts manipulating our mentality.
Coaxing us into a robotic acceptance of our place within the machine.
We become the mechanism of its motion.
It feeds on our time.
And while it feasts...
We drift. ...

As science
Further progresses
Into the intelligence
Of animals
Great, and small
Land, sea, and sky
And that they all
Have their own language
That one day
Science
Will learn to translate
In a way
What it is, they have to say
I wonder what these first words would be
And their perception
Of humanity........
'You are monsters!
Cruel
Greedy
Barbaric
Destructive
Ruthless
And those mostly responsible
For your plight
Are those in power
That give fright

Dear world
Dear deeply precious world
It is i fear
That the climate problem
Will never be resolved
In time
As our leaders
The little bleeders
Are to idiotic
And greedy
To get of their big backsides
In time
To save us
And themselves
Despite the science
That has been known
For over 70 years
Of the consequences
Of our existence
So with all my heart
And deepest passion
I beseech you all
To act now
March on all our leaders
Write
Shout out
Hold your banners high

The whole world knows
That we need to reach zero emissions
Before 2050, or so
The largest populated
Have proffered zero
10 to 20 years later
Which is a no go
Now also trying to weather
The Pandemic
Over 5 million have died from this curse
Could of been even worse
That the vaccine denied
One country left COP26
In a huff
As they deemed their security
Was not enough
Brazil, is ill, and dying
Their leader is defying
What's next?
What are we waiting for?
Hoping it's not
A third world war
...

If Mother Earth
Was our child
And we were her parents
Charges against our parenting
Perhaps would include
Systematic abuse
Violation of human rights
Neglect
Abandonment
Enforced child labour
Maltreatment
Ignorance of health, and care needs
Eventual infanticide
The global reality
Of what many children face daily
The fading beauty
Of Mother Earth
Our children will also face
Hunger
