I sincerely hope we have reached a point
when the lack of veracity from a former president
tilts popularity to the negative
enough is enough
No Founder and participant in the making of the Constitution
has ever suggested storming Congress and engaging in violence
even Jefferson's assertion of the positives of revolution
don't suggest throwing an election away
Realize that Trump's issues with the truth
preceded his "reign" in the Oval Office
check his hostility with Obama
and the birther ridiculousness

Dry mouth.
Anxiety rippling through my veins.
Every time,
They disappear.
Whether my beauty or intellect
Is worthy.
Rejection, abandonment remains.
Whether my heart is gentle,
Or enraged with injustice.
Whether my eyes reflect the calm emerald seas, or the flames of Napalm Skies;
They all leave us.

Your ocean eyes,

Hear my words... let peace begin!
I will not be silenced, because my voice is a multitude...
My words are echoes of freedom's call within the spirit!
The world burns, the earth weeps, and I feel it's torment.

Life through the eyes and life through the brain is not the same
step into my mind where i can't take the pain, i'm a boozer
And in my mind where i can't take the shame, of being a loser
sometimes i feel peace from the heavens above
cry myself to sleep but i realize there's more then one definition of love
use my mind to write so i guess my thoughts come in handy
Do nothing wrong but still these kids can't stand me
And know this, because i keep my composure
like Michael Corleone when he handles business for his family,
In public i put my smile on...

a long time ago
she chose him
everything that was right and wrong
outside of herself
holding fast to their youthful
view of their world
how they could bend it to their will
how beautiful it was
like watching a storm build
over the ocean they dove
into so eagerly
tossing and spinning
in the deep
not a care was given
to the danger
she would bathe in the
magnificence of his spirit
looking beyond herself
peering in from
a blurred perspective
sandwich...

Ever since the elections ended I've had time to rest my head and unwind from the criminal enterprise we call politics
It is a game that is meant to read, write and erase you from history books unless you’re on their pedestal
Tax payers pay a lot of money to prove that the system is unbalanced and flawed as hell
How many other Kyle Rittenhouse’s done cried and snotted on the stand over their Ivy League suits, sweatshirts in hand
