Ghost
I thought I would have to hide my scars,
But they shine in broad daylight, and still, nobody sees them.
It's as if I am a ghost.
I stand in front of a people,
My shattered frame's fragments piercing those who stand closely,
Yet they still say I am not broken.
I starve,
But they don't see my ribcage.
I kill,
But they don't see the blood.
I sob,
But they don't see the bloodshot eyes.
I lie,
And they believe me too well.
I tell you,
I am a ghost,
For a thousand hands have been pushed through me,
Yet no one can...

So, my countrymen have decided

organized stupidity.
So it is written.
So let it be done.
And may they learn the hard way
how to bring order
to their own thoughts
and actions.
Though unnecessary...
as forethought would have done the job.

The Deadly Bookcase
After her sister & mother haven't heard from Chrissy for several days, her family reported the petite 31 year old missing. Fifteen days after filing the missing persons report, the mother & sister noticed a foul odor in the house. Following their noses, they found Chrissy wedged behind a 6-foot bookcase. She had fallen headfirst and became trapped behind the bookcase when she tried to adjust her television set, which sat on the top shelf.

A homeless man in New York found a manhole in the Bronx that was just out of the way enough to offer him some privacy, so he routinely used it as a toilet. One day he lost his balance and was found dead at the bottom of the sewer. Draws down, face up.

He wants your attention
Little boy left for hardly 10 minutes
The sitter had gone to the store for some cigarettes and soda
When she returned she saw the fire engines in front of the house
She saw the smoke & flames
She found out that the little boy she was babysitting had lit his little brother's crib on fire
The baby was burned to death
He used the matches she had left on the table
He had heard that the only child gets more attention from the parents
With more love & extra dessert
He was only looking out for number one

Eyes with no vision
Ears that don't listen to a thing that's heard
Mouth that speaks in silence
Mind that's just as closed as is thoughtless
Senses given to me
Gone
Drowning in apathy
Forgotten
Blind but he can see what we won't
Deaf but he will feel more than we'll ever know
I will never hear your voice
Yet I will communicate

Time For Lunch
These 4 pigs found the body of a 11 year old girl
She was strangled & mutilated at the nearby park
There was no witnesses or evidence except a radio flyer wagon near the girls body
The 4 pigs began brainstorming, thinking what they should do
The 20 year veteran said,
Let's take this child, the radio flyer wagon and go door to door
The rookie placed her mangled corpse into the wagon
From there, they began walking the neighborhood
The rookie cop had the honor of wheeling the wagon
Her lifeless body, bouncing around like some used & abused rag...

In 2010 Lance Lyde threw a giant party to mark his tenth anniversary as a master brewer. In the middle of the celebration, Lyde took a dive into a giant vat of beer. Friends and relatives at the party were unable to pull him out. He drowned in his own brew.
