Bed Of Daffodils
Skilled hands digging the hole deep
Planting seeds to restfully sleep
Waiting for the glorious day
When inspiration takes heartache away
Sowing seeds since the beginning
Mistake after mistake is my ending
Haunted daily by memory's refraction
Paying consequences for my actions
Nourished by the rain and light
Hiding the past, my dark of night
Secrets buried way down below
Waiting for something beautiful to grow
Within this grave I plant my treasure
Beauty grows from desperate measures ...

Forgiveness
Eagerly you build your own bird cage
Accusements, anger and revenge
Are the bars surrounding you
Like in a never-ending loop
You replay hurtful experiences
In front of your inner eye
Forgive!
Forgive freely!
Forgive others!
Forgive yourself!
Your plumage has turned pale
Your song doesn't sound happy anymore
Now is the time to let go of
Resentments, trouble and despair
All the self-destructive feelings

These thoughts
We have been down this road before
What do I do
We have different ways of showing that we love
But it just feeling his love is going
The hurt and sadness I feel in my heart overwhelms me
The constant overthinking
That he knows I cannot help
Here I am again

I get reassurance from him
Like hey it’s just you thinking these thought there not true

Lit Candle
I held a candle lit
For you to follow
You came close in fear of it
Scared to reveal what’s in the shadow
You ran to the light
Blew it out
Diminishing the spark
No one can see who you are
In the dark
You shed lonely tears
Not wanting to be held
Condemning all who want to hold you
Sending them to hell
Striking a match to light the wick
See all the tears shed behind it
The light that is held is an illusion you know
No one can be this good not even the white is...
For you to follow

What happened to Sweden throwing off her neutrality like it was an old overcoat and to make matters worse joining old NATO, that is a moribund military organization.
I remember Ingrid Bergman, a great actress when I see her, I wonder, why Ricky had
a nightclub in Casablanca
There were many famous Swedes, such as Alfred Nobel, and Ingmar Bergman, and not forget Birgitte Nielsen married to an actor named Rocky Stalone, a screen hero
I remember Malmo where I bought coffee cups
With flowers on, now this town is full of angry belligerent Islamists...

Through this life
They elders say that through this one life, that you will have encounters that we may never truly understand. FOR each one will be different, than the one before it 🤔 For sure each one will have lessons, that we must learn to navigate through the next, chapter of our lives. Rehab
I feed my heart and the warmth washes my skin
Cleansed I feel when the feelings real
I relinquish all these sins to start again
It judged me with a silent bright eye in morning mist
It fades away into a grey mass, my days are ugly
A miserable heart, you wouldn’t find me good company
There’s a pain in my breast, a brand that stings
I stumble into the bathroom clinging to my chest
I see my greatest flaw, the mirrored enemy within
I’m at the brink, so I julienned malevolence
And I passed it around like medicine
I walk around...

I'm not a moth to the flame, my strength is the variable, because I know that any strength I have left is allotted, it is not my own.
The lengths I've came and what I'm willing to travel, that is...God willing of course.
Yesterday, as I conceded to the lies, I broke under pressure and hurt.
Maybe I didn't handle it professionally, stoicism not my first reaction, but then again, I'm only human.
There is no trust that blooms from a rotten lie.
I catch them with regret more frequently.
