A woman pours gasoline all over herself and her infant child
She lights a match, and the two of them go up in flames in the middle of their playground in town

Priestesses
Guardians of the flame,
sacred vows of purity,
to silent lives constrained.
Chaste in ancient Greece,
virgins bound by duty's chain,
faithful to the peace.
Under the temple's gaze,
Vestal's hearts in shadows dwell,
freedom's distant haze.
Solemn and restrained
lives of the Vestal Virgins
bound by their sacred duties
and so imposed virginity.

From a very young age
I've always loved skeletons
and I kept all those I found
along the path of this life...
I have no idea why but apparently
they all want to come out of the closet
so suddenly... unexpectedly.

Firebird Arpeggio
Firebird Arpeggio
Sunbeam fractals of her eyes
Shining like paisley stars
That dance in denim sorcery
Of the flaming pages in her spellbook
Veiled in the mystery below her navel
Where rosebuds ache to blossom
In her rites of spring
And the strings of her lyre
Are strummed with the delicacy
Of her fingertips sweet persuasion
