My Darkest Fear
Many moments throughout this life
Some are uplifting while others fail
Can’t linger on any of them too long
All that’s fresh eventually turns stale
Wilting slowly as time begins to fade
Worried that one day it will disappear
Unable to remember who I used to be
Being shackled within my darkest fear

The Others
As I previously mentioned she was encountering "Them"
Figures that looked and sounded like children
Lately however, she's been witnessing these "Other" figures
These figures aren't as playful and innocent as the children
"The Others", as she calls them, are harassing and menacing her, usually in the evening
"The Others" are much taller, black shadows, resembling a person
Like the children, she can't make out their faces, but a negative, icy vibe is what she feels
Several times when "The Others" come...

inside the bleak there is a nothingness that overcomes
shadows that grow large and envelope
it is fear, you know?
it swallows previous hopes
and incites unrest within me
it quietly brews then reaches my core

I make my way through it slowly

Reflection,
It's reciprocity's mirror
Of alternate realities
Which gives the glance that guarantees
To make this dear life clearer,
And the portal between the two
Is the wavelet surface ripple
Showing, like a participle,
What we should or should not do.
But if to this a man is blind
His soul will ever steep in hate
And his definition most unkind
Of what is, and, what is not great.
It's the golden rule to unbind
Great apes from an unkind fate!

The Birth of a Scream
Lost.
Disoriented.
I mingle between terror
and nightmares.
Lurking creatures
with a lust to scare.
The dark growls,
yearning to be fed.
It gnaws on my fear
in my bone's core.
You become less
in your dark greed for more.
All the petrified, paralyzed hours.
Time groans, grabs and devours.
From the cold bottomless pit
of the abyss.
Can be heard
a real high pitch hiss.
A murderous cry it seems.
The birth of a scream.
Disoriented.
