Madness Of A Sane Mind
madness of a sane mind
what shall i compose about the darkness
when the truth is bright like the sun
and spend a life in reasonless sadness*
while i can rejoice in smiles and fun.
do i have to complain of my own stress
isn't it empathic to keep it unsaid
be stoic, and in self reliance i progress
i shall rebuild a broken bone instead
i have to burn in the bright sunshine
the truth lights my abyssal depths
my darkness swallows the heart that pines
grieving is never the spiritual wealth

With the sun off the horizon
See a new day beginning before you

Lark, Starling, and Thrush
it's the season to lose reason
to melt into celestial fusion
and roam the pathways and the woods
get a thrilling poetic sensation
escaping where skies are wide
where pastures are within sight
where the winds rhyme your quill
the breeze invigorates your feel
upon the rocky hills there's a starling
dark blue bird, between rocks nestling
and a lark, up in the sky fluttering
floating to the rhythm of the autumn
while the thrush basks safely in warmth
making her haven, between the shrubs

I’m tired
I went through a phase
Where all I wanted was to be at another place
My dreams made me more tired and I
Made myself feel bad
And to add
To that, I became
A ghost, not alive
I tried to abide
To the new norm
Realizing inside
I felt like a storm
I no longer wanted to put myself
Through all this hell
So I got up
Made coffee, did my hair
