He went for his daily walk like he did every morning around 9:00 am
Today was Xmas
The weather was overcast with some light flurries
His wife was home and they will be spending Xmas with her parents today
His mother died 10 years ago
He hasn't spoken to his father since the time of her passing
They haven't seen eye to eye for many years prior, but once she died, they stopped talking

Banksy brushed my canvas
The world waits, half in anticipation
the public like me wonder?
while others empty their aerosol cans
in futile tags. Banksy waits in the wings to pounce
lifts the corner of the carpet where the dirt is swept.
The message: it pricks, lifts the lid on the squirming worms
starts the awkward and difficult dialouge.
A teacher, his art said a thousand truthes
held the mirror to our narssasistic life style
I pause a second, the art on a grubby wall
is it the reflection of my identity, my life
profiled, exposed? by that anonymous talent.
the public like me wonder?

A Shrunken Head For Xmas
If you want to add spice to your living room decor,
Then continue reading and see what's in-store
Maybe you have an enemy you would love to see dead
Maybe a special friend/lover who annoys you to no end
If so, then read these instructions on how to shrink someone's head
Step 1- Find a head. peel the skin away from the skull (hair and all) Sew the eye and mouth openings closed (to trap the soul inside so it won't haunt you) Turn the head inside out. Scrape away the fat using a sharp knife.

Life in order
I fear it i can see it i can almost feel it i want to run so bad
will all the different colors disperse into grey
things put in their place
maybe i can buy my way out of it
the whole world's gonna know when i disappear

And So, It Ends ....
Well, here we are-- you've noticed that I've removed all my poems.
(Not to worry, I have them all on thumb drive, hard drive and print copies, too anal for my own good)
This past year has made me do much soul searching and make a few decisions. One decision that I've made, after much thought and much time giving it thought, so that it wouldn't be a rash one, is that my time here at DUP has come to an end .
I will be stepping aside from the mod team and sometime tomorrow, I will be removing my account.
I took a lot of time to come to this conclusion...

Gumdrops falling like rain
Falling from the sky
A shower of gum drops
It burns the tongue so sweetly
So chewy, so gooey – it reminds me to never give up my dreams
AIM HIGH! And climb the giant turd called life!
I wanna go where the acid gumdrops come from

Life is for living and death is for dying

The elders say that we have the ability to manifest, that which you can see and feel, if you can only believe in your faith. 🙏 THAT we all are connected in one way or another.. 🤨 For sure it's strange how we are connected by a force feeding us emotions, from far away in a destination that we've never been before in our lives. Our leaders tell us war can be avoided,
but the past says different,
these leaders say wisdom will guide trembling hands, but where was this guidance previously?
hovering over the nuclear switch,
While the weight of our history presses heavy against the future,
a script we've read before,

Never Give Up Life
I will never give up this new year!
I will veer away from a dreadful society
and trek into the wilderness
for the sake of my self preservation.
What sins and decay society is now!
Embrace the peace of nonjudgmental eyes,
or nonexistent eyes in the wilds.
I don’t care how alone I am I want solitude.
I once wrote the forest has eyes and tongues.
This refers to his the psychosis will follow me.
I accept this, however, no one will witness me
responding to these voices out loud!
I’m 37 now and I am exhausted and...

It's another day here on earth 🌎 that I am here by myself in this atmosphere of no time only space. as I let the entire world slowly slip away from my mind and heart and soul. Echoes of the Iron Beast
Oh, the machines,
those glorious beasts of iron and steam,
their roar echoing in the hollowed-out caves of cities,
once forests, now factories
a relentless, ceaseless hymn to progress.
What is it you fear?
Not starvation, surely.
No, it’s the collapse of profit margins,
the death knell of dividends.
Oh he fools sitting between the great paradox:
to have too much, yet too little.
You called forth these creations oh these metal monstrosities,
summoned them from fire and ore,
their birth pangs soot and ash.

Spaceship Satellite
Can you here me
La la la la..
Losing control like
La la la la
I make music to feed souls
And fill holes.
Spaceship to ground control
Do you see me out in the distance?
Floating out here, there ain't no resistance.
Climbing to the top of my thoughts,
Broadcasting them from my spaceship satellite.
