Deserve
They say you don't deserve me. They say you were bad for leaving me. They say not to make excuses for you. They say, they say.
But what about me? What about how I feel? You can say that I deserve better, but where's better? Been 8 years bro, and I've tried and tried. Does no one see my efforts? Does no one see that I've been on a million dates and still don't feel anything? Does no one see that I've been in therapy all this time, that I've written a thousand ways to get this out of my mind when it never leaves? Is that truly my fault?
I'm tired of hearing it's my fault...
But what about me? What about how I feel? You can say that I deserve better, but where's better? Been 8 years bro, and I've tried and tried. Does no one see my efforts? MY HOME.
We are both laying on the bed with our clothes being shed a blouse a shirt falling to the floor in total abandonment. My body is acing for the touch of yours. I have an incredible thirst and I have to quench it. I want to drink you whole and fill myself up right to the top.
