The Stage
[font=Verdana]The fear inside awakens
As I try to clear my head
My body begins to tremble
As I search for words I've said
Then the stage light hits me
And suddenly I'm gone.
I've found what I've been searching for
Who I was is gone
I'm now somewhere outside of me
Observing my own body
And when my exit comes
My surroundings become foggy
I hear the distant applause
And suddenly feel proud
And as the adrenaline leaves
Everything becomes loud
Finally the curtain clo[/b]ses[/b]
An[/b]d I[/b] am[/b] ju[/b]st [/b]me
Open, lost, and insecure
And finally breaking free[/font]
