The underbelly waits
Succumbing
In the dark
tear drippings
blacken these edges
that cut deeply
upon Fixed
Ripped
Alienated
Years
Ever
Despondent
open
spaces
I RUN
Hiding behind a tree, closing my eyes
as screams wail, incessantly
loudly, from the forest breeze
Eyes wide shut
there seems to be more...
light...
promise, premise
seeing this way, holding blight bay
HOLD ON
I have to
it'scoming
the presence
Slithering down the back, sliding mind
the ever present scream
I swallow it back
gagging upon the reflex
to punch holes,
in the fearful unknown
Oil slick stains the street
as I make rain bowed shapes
turning them upside down
treasure rains
splashing the ground
The underbelly waits
And I crawl upon its hanging weight
peeking out from behind my tree
I look for the beam of light
A blood red moon scrying
fright, ominously stares
whispering tree
Leaves
Ominously
Vested
Integrated
Needed
Giving
Lavished
Yearnings
touch back
Promised
Escaping the dark hollow
In the dark
tear drippings
blacken these edges
that cut deeply
upon Fixed
Ripped
Alienated
